New press release: RG 1/1 RX-78-2 GUNDAM statue Update

Updates on RG 1/1 Scale Gundam Project here (japanese language PDF file)from Bandai Namco Group's press release today.

Real Grade 1/1 scale statue is located @ East Shizuoka Square (north east of JR Shizuoka Station/Naganuma, Aoi-ku, Shizuoka City).
On display from 24 July 2010 till 10 Jan 2011.

Some infos about the statue, are:

vertical movement of the head
(like the first statue)

More or less, No. 50 light-up panels w/14 mist jet gimmicks installed inside the chest, feet and backpack.

New features:
Lighting system installed around the 1/1 RG.
Beam saber in its right hand.
