ENGLISH TRADUCTION:
I would say that evil is not all evil comes to harm, but the fact remains that a legal challenge could block the project of a film based on the '80s animated series.
In an attempt by Hollywood to capitalize on films and trends that have had success with the public and therefore revenues, we may have a victim. Fans of the animated series Voltron might have to give up to get in the queue at the ticket counter of the cinema.
Transformers was the movie (which was not a sequel) by grossing in 2007 with almost 710 million dollars and its sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has exceeded the 830. But the plans to build a movie based on Voltron: Defenders of the Universe has just stumbled into a legal battle that could seal the fate before you even enter an operational phase.
Independent producers Animus Films and NHO Entertainment have cited the court of another Los Angeles home, World Events in St. Louis (and its associated Kickstart Productions), which owns the television rights, claiming that it would carry negotiations illegal, since the period of exclusivity rights, the ultimate aim of making the film without Animus and NHO. From here, a claim for damages for not complying with the contractual terms.
World Events and Kickstart replied immediately that the case has legal basis and will continue in production entrusted to Atlas Entertainment, which acquired the film rights in July this year.
All, of course, have also indicated that it will not affect the film, but it is clear that there is a risk that the lawsuit creates delays in implementation (with consequent devaluation), however, tend to decrease and the confidence of donors before they move to the production itself.
Instead Animus and NHO, who say they are working on the project since 2004, fear of seeing their work recognized at the end of development (writers, design) and putting their name in the search of investors.
For years, there is a project for a film of Voltron, but has always lost in the various levels of development and has involved houses as Liongate, New Regency and Relatively. But what Voltron? Voltron: Defenders of the Universe is a series made in the United States in 1983, and transmitted from 1984 for a total of 124 episodes, however, by mounting two separate and independent animated series in Japan: Best Golion King (1981) and Armored Fleet Dairugger XV (1982). This practice was frequent (enough to remember the slaughter of Robotech) and is based on cutting and stitching of plots, of names and dialogues so as to mix the final product.
A FRENCH NINJA O___o VIDEO. ^^
You seen Japanese ninjas , read about them , watch them in TV shows but how about a real ninja dojo headed by a French. Who is he ? He is Ninja master Arnaud Cousergue. TV Tokyo visited them and it was pretty much funny scene as there was this unintelligible Japanese that Arnaud and his students recite at the beginning.
and yes, Arnold holds the rank of “Shiro Kuma” (white bear) *faints*, he have his own Ninjitsu DVDs -__-||| and did I mention he is married too? His wife is a.. kunoichi (くノ一).
Regardless it is a pretty funny video that shows some insights of his visions and his dojo. Check out the video
